According to the Bible, is it alright for a woman to marry a transvestite (man dressed as a woman)?

Have you ever worn pants or jeans? Then you're cross-dressing, only it is acceptable for women to cross-dress as men, but not men as women. However in biblical days, everyone pretty much wore the same thing -- men and women wore robes with tunics so it was pretty much unisex dressing in a mode that is now associated with women.
