I cant stop sweating!! HELP!?

ok so no matter what i do i sweat. my hair my armpits.. ill be just hanging with friends and bam ill staart to sweat. or we will play a basketball game and i will sweat 10x more than anyone else!! is there a way i can stop that or at least decrease it? i have a party tomorrow how can i sweat less? we will be swimming, playing sports and hanging in the sun
