What's the name of that movie?

The movie is about a Chinese woman and her daughter. The daughter buys a love potion from a transvestite and she puts it in her moms tea. Unfortunately the tea backfires as the mom doesn't drink it, the butcher does, and the man the daughter set the mom up with is in love with the Butcher instead. Later, when it wears off, the girl goes to some tree (with a broken arm?) and gets struck by lightening. I think it had something to do with getting luck? Pursuit may be in the title.
