Why is my hair falling out?

I'm 15 and everymorning a find hair all over my pillow hair in the shower and evertime I look down there is around 12 hairs stuck to m clothing. Some of my friends say that it's because I fiddle with my hair alot but I'm not so sure. Also whenever I run my hand down my hair I pick up heaps of hairs. HELP!
