If its a character on a television show, then yes, I believe it will go up in popularity Will it become the next Ava or Sophia? No, I don't think so. I'm not sure how popular Pretty Little Liars is, but I doubt its more popular, shocking, or as trendy as 16 and Pregnant where Sophia pretty much originated.
