My ear feels plugged/clogged, but it doesn't hurt?

I was "fiddling" with my inner ear one night, and right after stopping I couldnt hear very well out of the ear. I thought I burst my eardrum, but its been about 2 1/2 weeks. (btw when i move my jaw in a certain direction i can hear the movement in my ear, but not in my good ear. also there is no wax, had a friend look) Still feels clogged. Help!!
